  5. Add rooh afza to the second half and press on the 1st layer
  6. Freeze for 2-3 hours
  7. Press silver vark on the batch cut and serve cold

Keep the pan on stove and start stirring on medium flame. If the milk boils over, try to reduce the flame to low for a couple of minutes and increase the flame again.
