  1. Separate egg York and white into two separate bowl
  2. Beat the egg white with a mixer until it form a foam like this
  3. Add sugar and vanilla essence to the mixture and beat well again until it get smooth then add egg York and mix well
  4. Mix flour into the mixture until it get smooth at the same time add desiccated coconut
  5. Grease your baking tray and put your mixture
  6. Put in a preheated oven for 30min until well cook
  7. Serve and enjoy
