- To the same boiled water add the sugar and the small pieces of Amla. Boil until sugar is melted. Set aside to cool
- In a blender add the big pieces and 1/4 cup water. Blend smooth
- In a small plate add the red chilli powder, roasted Cumin powder, black salt and salt and mix well
- In a serving glass smear the rim with lime wedges and put the rim on the red chilli mix. Add the boiled Amla blend after straining.
- Add ice cubes, lime wedges, mint leaves to the glass. Add the sweet Amla drink after straining. Add the strained Amla juice and enjoy the Mojito
