  1. Get 2 Cup Fresh Coconut Coconut
  2. Get 1 Cup Milk
  3. Get 1 Cup Sugar
  4. Take 2 Tbsp Ghee
  5. Prepare 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder

Take a wide pan and add in the milk, sugar and fresh shredded coconut.

Steps to make Coconut Burfi:
  1. Heat ghee in a Kadhai.
  2. Add all the above ingredients except Cardamom Powder.
  3. Stir continuously till it thickens.
  4. Now add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  5. Apply Ghee on a plate and pat it out according to your preferred thickness.
  6. Make markings in square shape and let it cool down.
  7. Once it is at normal temperature, refrigerate it till it sets.
  8. Delicious dessert is ready to eat.

Keep the pan on stove and start stirring on medium flame. If the milk boils over, try to reduce the flame to low for a couple of minutes and increase the flame again. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture. You can also make coconut ladoos with the same mixture.
