  3. Sieve it to obtain a clear solution and keep aside
  4. For batter: combine all the batter ingredients
  5. Whisk well until lumpfree
  6. Rest for 15 minutes
  7. Shave the guala malaka meanwhile to be used for stuffing
  8. Stuffing: sauté the stuffing ingredients on Low heat until the guala malaka melts
  9. Once well combined, take off heat and discard the leaf
  10. Making pancakes: add a laddleful of batter on a pan after lightly greasing the pan
  11. Cook both sides as a normal pancake
  12. To finish, add a tablespoon of the stuffing on the pancakes.
  13. Seal and roll them well and serve right away
