  5. Add the remaining coconut milk.

  7. Garnished with parsley/chopped spring onions on top of freshly cooked rice.

Saute onions in cooking oil till caramelized. Add kalabasa cubes, stir and cook for few minutes. Add water, fish sauce and ground pepper. Add bagoong, shrimp and coconut milk. Add salt to taste if needed.
