  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and wash. Grind spices (only leave pandan & curry leaves) into a paste. Marinate chicken. Sauté chicken using presto pan.
  2. Pan fry chicken until brownish amd eventually add pandan & curry leaves and green chilis. Fry until crisp and crunchy. Drain and enjoy!
