Instructions to make Cold coco with ice cream:
- Combine 1/4 cup milk, coco powder, custard powder in a bowl, mix well & make smooth paste.
- Heat the remaining milk in a pan & bring it to boil.
- Add sugar & prepared paste & stir continuously for 2-3 min on a medium flame
- Remove from the flame & stir continuously for 5 min to cool the drink.
- Refrigerate for 1 -2 hours.
- Now it's ready & served it with ice cream & chocolate syrup.
