- Rub it into the chicken until it turns orangey-red.
- Cover with cling film and let it marinate for one hour.
- Make a mixture of 2 parts flour and 1 part breadcrumbs and add 1 tablespoon salt.
- Bread the marinated chicken.
- Fry the chicken until it’s golden brown.
- Leave to cool and serve!
