  2. Make ready 2 lb Chicken drumsticks

  4. Prepare 1 cup Clover Honey
  5. Take 1/2 packages Fresh Rosemary
  6. Get 1 Salt
  7. Make ready 1 Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Clean drummies, pat dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Mix mustard, honey, olive oil in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Check flavor and add mustard/honey to desired flavor. I like a sweet start but a tangy finish.
  5. Pull back skin on drummies and spoon a small amount on each drummi replace skin. Pour remaining mix evenly over drummies.
  6. Liberally add as much fresh rosemary as you like.
  7. Bake, covered with foil for 45 min. Remove foil, baste chicken and continue cooking, uncovered, for additional 20-25 minutes, basting every 5.
  8. Serve with rice or potatoes and veggies. The gravy is AMAZING!!
