- Make ready 1 cup Potato (cut into thin chips/round form)
- Prepare 1 cup gram flour

- Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Chat masala

- Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic green chillies paste
- Prepare 4 tbsp Water
Steps to make Crispy Chips:
- Take a clean potato and cut in to equal round thin shapes.
- Make sure the shapes should be equal and thin.
- Now clean it again and put in into the water for sometime.
- Take a bowl and add gram flour,rice flour and salt to it.
- Mix it well and add all the spices and little bit of red food colour to it and ginger garlic paste to it.
- Mix it well along with 3-4tbsp of water to make it a thick paste.
- Now put the sliced potato into the mixture and quote both the sides of the potato chips nicely.
- Take a frying pan and add oil to it.
- Once the oil is heated and put each potato slices(nicely qouted with the besan mixture) to the heated oil and fry it both the sides for 1minute.
- Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
