  1. Put maida in a big bowl add curd and mix well add food colour then add little water to avoid lumps and mix it well leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Another side in a pan add 1 bowl water and double sugar in it put on low flame till sugar melts in water add saffron in it if u like add some cardamom powder let it boil.
  3. Heat oil and fill the batter in sauce bottle or clean poly cone to make jalebi then made jalebi in oil till brown then put in chasni and dip for a sec and serve crispy jalebi hot at home.
