The ingredients needed to make Crispy Corn:
  1. Take 2 cups corn kernels
  2. Take As needed water
  3. Make ready 3 tbsp corn flour
  4. Prepare 3-4 chopped garlic
  5. Prepare As needed oil
  6. Make ready 1 chopped green chilli
  7. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Get 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  9. Make ready 2 tsp Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  10. Make ready 1 finely chopped onion
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Prepare To taste salt
  13. Get 1/4 tsp amchur(dry mango) powder or lemon juice
  14. Take To taste black salt
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
  16. Take 1/4 tsp chaat masala (optional)
Instructions to make Crispy Corn:
  1. Boil corn kernels in water for 4-5 min. On medium flame. Add little salt to it while boiling. Then remove excess water or sieve it.
  2. Now add corn flour. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, amchur powder & salt. Mix it well. If you r using lemon juice in spite of amchur add while seasoning it.
  3. Deep fry these corns on a medium high flame. Do not fry on high flame otherwise they will pop up.
  4. Heat little oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic & green chillies. Saute a little for a min. Then add it to corns.
  5. Now add chopped onions, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, black salt & chaat masala. Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Your super delicious crispy corn is ready to be served.
