The ingredients needed to make Crispy Bitter:
  1. Make ready 2 bitter gourd
  2. Prepare 4 spoons rice powder
  3. Get As per taste Salt
  4. Take 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  5. Get 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
Instructions to make Crispy Bitter:
  1. Chopped the bitter gourd in a circle. Marinate it with salt and turmeric powder. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Make a batter with rice powder adding salt, turmeric and chilli powder
  3. Then in a pan add oil and let it heat. In the meantime dip marinate bitter gourd in the rice batter and then fry on the pan. Fry it till golden colour in a medium flame. Crispy bitter gourd is ready for serve.
