- Deep fry this corns (be carefull while frying). If the corn does gets crispy in one go you can double fry them.
- Take another pan add a very small amount of oil and add onion. Saute for 2mins.
- Add salt, pepper, and coriander powder add fried corns.
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot. You can also add chaat masala if you like.
