- Get 200 gm -300gm Toman fish
- Get 1 tpbs soya sauce
- Prepare 1 tbps dark sauce
- Get 1/2 tpbs sesame oil

- Prepare 50 ml water
Instructions to make Soya Fried fish:
- Heat oli and pan fried the fish (3min each side) about 4 time cover with lid (bring the fish out and put aside)
- Heat oil in pan, put garlic and ginger (stir fry 1min) add in soya sauce, dark sauce, sesame oil (mix well) and add in 50ml water (mix well)
- Add in the fish and boil for 5 min (in between turn each side) ready to served
