- Take ½ cup .All-purpose flour -

Steps to make Paneer Crispy:
- 1.Cut paneer into long fingers.
- 2.Mix together tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, garlic paste, salt and green chilli and marinade paneer fingers into it for 15 mins.
- 3.Mix together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt,baking soda and milk to make medium thick batter.
- 4.Rest the batter for ten min. Heat oil in a kadai, dip paneer fingers into the batter and fry till golden brown.
- 5.Serve hot with pudina chutney or any dip/chutney of your choice.
