Instructions to make Paneer Crispy:
- Mix cornflour,maida,pepper and salt into thick batter.
- Heat pan and pour oil for frying.dip the paneer in batter and deep fry it.cut the capsicum and onion to squares and do the same.
- Once its brown remove it from oil and after 5 min again fry the paneer in same oil.
- Remove the excess oil and add some chopped garlic to the oil.add the schezwan, tomato and soya sauce along with vinegar.after 1 min add the salt and sugar and then add the fried paneer and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
