  1. Peel the corn kernels and wash.
  2. Now boil the corn kernels for 3-4 minutes and then drain out excess water using a strainer.
  3. Now once it cools, mix in salt, cornflour and rice flour well so that kernels are coated well.
  4. Now, heat oil in a kadahi and fry carefully till crisp and golden brown. Take these fried corns in a plate and add all dry spices and lemon juice. Serve these crispy and crunchy corns.
  5. Note: keep yourself at a distance from kadahi and be very careful while frying.
