The ingredients needed to make Crispy Arbi:
  1. Make ready 250 gm arbi/ Taro roots
  2. Prepare 1 tsp mustard oil
  3. Prepare 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  5. Prepare 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Get 1/8 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Take 1 tsp Amchur (dry mango)powder
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. Get as needed Oil for frying
Steps to make Crispy Arbi:
  1. Arbi washed in running water nicely.
  2. Peeled the skin & washed again. Dry the excess water.
  3. Cut all the arbi into thin and lengthwise slices. Keep aside.
  4. On high flame heat oil in a wok. Deep fry the arbi slices while stirring occasionally on high flame.
  5. Flip it and deep fry until becomes turn into crisp. Take out on tissue paper & switch off the heat.
  6. On medium flame heat mustard oil in another wok. Add carom seeds, it cracked mix turmeric powder on low flame. Now add crispy arbi in it. Saute nicely for 30 seconds.
  7. Now mix salt and rest ingredients, saute few seconds. Switch off the flame. Crispy Arbi is ready to serve.
  8. Transfer into serving plate or bowl. Enjoy !!
