  2. In a small bowl mix water and corn flour to have a pouring consistency paste..
  3. Now take one biscuits place the paneer mixture and place it on the biscuits and cover it with other biscuits..
  4. Dip one corner of the biscuits in the cornflour paste and seal it with suji seal all the four sides of the biscuits in the same way so that the mixture doesn't came out while frying the biscuits.. Prepare the rest biscuits in the same manner..
  5. Heat oil for frying.. One the oil is heated fry the biscuits from both sides.. Do not over fry we just need the corners of the biscuits to fry nicely.. Fry all the biscuits likewise..
