  2. Combine dark compound and milk compound in a bowl in which you are going to melt chocolate. Add both in a bowl add break it to pieces and keep aside
  3. Now take a pot add water as required, keep it on boiling on medium heat, as it heats simmer it,as now we will adjust the other bowl in which we have combined the chocolates.Place over it,see that it doesn't touched the water so accordingly we have to take water.Keep it on low flame keep stirring, as it starts melting add milk and keep on stirring continuously other wise it would not come out well.
  4. Should come out to fine smooth consistency,stir continuously.
  5. Once done switch off the heat and immediately start pouring it on moulds where we have placed dry fruits with a spoon. This part should be done quickly and carefully.
  6. Then place the mounds in freezer for 2 hours
  7. Once done take out from freezer and after 5 minutes tap at the back of the moulds the chocolate will come out easily
