Add flour and Mezina that has been mixed in to a thin paste with a little of the above milk. Whip egg yolk and sugar then add to milk. Place saucepan over medium heat, add butter, nutmeg and milk -bring to a boil and remove from the heat.

- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Boil milk then add your dry ingredients in it
- Crush biscuits and mix them with butter then plate it in a pie dish let it cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
- After cooling add cooked dry ingredients.. Then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Ready to be served with berry sauce
In another bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla and almond extract- whisk in eggs until smooth. Combine the cornflour, water, vanilla, eggs and salt. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy and light. Make a mixture in a cup with the mazeina, flour, custard powder, salt and vanilla with a little of the milk as not to form lumps. Pour milk and the butter in saucepan and bring to boil.
