- Take 1 cup Masoor dal/Red Lentils

Instructions to make Bachka:
- Soak rice and red lentils(masoor dal) for 2 hours.
- Drain it and grind in grinder to make a coarse paste.
- Make a semi thick batter with help of water.
- Wash Green chana.
- Add green chana in batter.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala according to taste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put 1 ladleful batter in pan.
- Fry it from both side till it turn golden and crispy.
- Tasty and crispy bachka is ready.
