The ingredients needed to make Bachka:
  1. Take 2 cups Rice
  2. Take 1 cup Masoor dal/Red Lentils
  3. Prepare 1 cup Green Gram/hara chana
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  6. Take as per taste Salt
  7. Make ready as required Water
  8. Take as required Oil for fry
Instructions to make Bachka:
  1. Soak rice and red lentils(masoor dal) for 2 hours.
  2. Drain it and grind in grinder to make a coarse paste.
  3. Make a semi thick batter with help of water.
  4. Wash Green chana.
  5. Add green chana in batter.
  6. Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala according to taste.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Put 1 ladleful batter in pan.
  9. Fry it from both side till it turn golden and crispy.
  10. Tasty and crispy bachka is ready.
