  10. Prepare 1 sachet instant coffee(i use decaf)
  11. Take 1 cup hot water
  12. Make ready to taste sugar(i usually use 6small sachets of sugar from Hotel)
  13. Take 2 tsp rum

Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert. It's light, creamy, and flavored with coffee, Kahlua, and cocoa, which are three of my favorite things. And because it's a no bake dessert, enjoy this tiramisu recipe all summer long without heating up the house. Once you temper the eggs that's it!

Instructions to make No Baked - Tiramisu:
  1. Make the coffee : combine all the ingredients for dipping then stir until well combined, put it aside and let it cool down
  2. Beat whipping cream and 2tbsp sugar with electric mixer until stiff peaks form(don't over beat or it can turn to be butter)
  3. Beat egg yolks and 50grams of icing sugar and pure vanilla and butter in a stainless bowl, continue to stir in a hot water(heat on low level). after the eggs getting warm, turn off the heat,continue to beat until the eggs cool down to room temperature.
  4. Folded egg yolks mixture with mascarpone cheese and whip cream mixture and stir with spatula until well combined.
  5. Dip ladyfingers one at a time in coffee and layer entire bottom of dish. Spread enough custard over ladyfingers to cover completely. Repeat layer a second time. Use remainder in smaller dish or cups. - sprinkle with sifted cocoa powder over the top
  6. Ready to eat or you can keep them in a fridge until ready to eat.

Traditionally, tiramisu is made with coffee and cocoa, making for a rich, heavy dessert. But De Laurentiis' tiramisu is a lighter, more vibrant recipe, one she says she was inspired to create.
