- Chop and melt 100 gm dark chocolate compound by double boiling method. Fill little melted chocolate in heart shape mould cavities. Place little heart biscuit in each as shown.
- Cover biscuits with remaining melted chocolate as shown. Set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
