- Take the dish out if the oven. Layer on the tomatoes, sprinkle all herbs on top and mix well.
- Make 4 small wells in the sauce and crack in the eggs.
- Put back into the oven and bake for another 10-15 mins or until the eggs begin to set (whichever is preferred).
- Take out of the oven and serve with bread of choice. :)
