- Make ready 2 fried fresh fish
- Make ready Carrot, cabbage, green beans
- Make ready 6 Irish potatoes
- Make ready Mixed spices, curry & 1 seasoning cube
- Take Grated scotch bonnet & onions
- Get Vegetable oil
- Take Dough
- Prepare 3 cups flour
- Prepare 1 egg
- Prepare 1/4 tspn of salt
- Make ready 1/2 tspn of baking powder
- Get 1 maggi cube
Steps to make Fish rolls:
- Add the grated scotch bonnet & onions, add the grated cabbage, chopped carrot, green beans, add 4tbspn of oil in the pan & mix it all together, add the spices, curry & seasoning & stir, peel the back of the fish & crush it into pieces, add everything together.
- Peel, wash, dice & boil the potato with a little salt until soft, drain & add in the fish mixture, fry for 5mins.
- Add all the dry ingredients together, mix, crack the egg, whisk & add, make a soft dough.
- Flatten the dough, mix a little flour with water, it shouldn't be watery nor thick use brush to spread on the edges as show, mat roll & set aside for frying.
- Fry in a hot oil at moderate heat & enjoy.
