- Make ready 1 Capsicum (thinly sliced)
- Make ready 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- Get 1 Tomato (thinly sliced)
- Get 100 gm Mozzarella cheese
- Make ready as required Mixed Herbs
Instructions to make Pasta Pizza:
- For pizza dough, take oil, sugar, salt and flour in a big mixing bowl.
- Add baking powder and mix well.
- Now add water and knead a soft dough and keep covered for 1 hour.
- For pasta, boil penne pasta with salt and water.
- When it becomes soft, drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and put chopped veggies.
- Add salt and pepper and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled pasta, pasta masala, tomato sauce and mixed herbs.
- Mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Penne pasta is ready.
- For pizza sauce, grind tomato in mixer.
- Heat oil and put crushed garlic.
- Add tomato paste and cook on high flame till it starts thicken.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and tomato sauce.
- Add mixed herbs and cook on high flame till it forms sauce consistency.
- Now make medium size balls from dough.
- Roll out balls like chapati to make pizza base and prick it with fork.
- Apply pizza sauce on base and spread cooked penne pasta on it.
- Put veggies on pasta.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and herbs.
- Keep this in greased baking tray and bake in OTG for 15 minutes on 180℃.
- Remove from oven, cut pieces and enjoy Domino's style pasta pizza at home.
