- Take fish fillets in a large bowl.
- Add ginger garlic paste, gram flour, carrom seeds, lemon juice, asafoetida and all spices in it.
- Mix well so that the batter evenly coat all the sides. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan on smoking point.
- Reduce the flame and drop fish fillets in the oil very carefully.
- After two minutes remove these pieces from oil and drain on absorbant paper.
- Repeat the process again and fry these pieces until golden and crispy.
- Drain out on an absorbant paper.
- Sprinkle chat masala on it.
- Serve hot with green chutney and redish salad.
