- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil after 30 minutes and let bake an additional 15 minutes.

Dollop a third of the ricotta filling over the noodles, then spread evenly to cover. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, two tablespoons parmesan and eggs; mix well.
