Don't start layering noodles until you have some sauce underneath. How to Make Lasagna for Two Make your meat sauce (see directions below). I like it to be a little soupy. Mix together cheese mixture of ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.

  6. Spread another cup of marinara sauce and repeat above layers above three times (12 total lasagna noodles should be used by the end).
  7. After the last layer of lasagna noodles, spread the Alfredo sauce over top and add any cheese you might have left.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil after 30 minutes and let bake an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Cut and enjoy :)

Dollop a third of the ricotta filling over the noodles, then spread evenly to cover. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, two tablespoons parmesan and eggs; mix well. Top with half of the cheese mixture, spinach, pasta sauce and sausage. I found this recipe on Classico's website. Make sure you spray your baking pan with cooking spray so that the lasagna doesn't stick.
