Instructions to make Fish salan:
  1. Clean the fish. Make a slurry of besan and add turmeric powder and lemon juice into it.
  2. Marinate fish pieces into it.
  3. Let it rest for half hour in a refrigerator.
  4. Take a kadai put some oil into it and dip the fish pieces one by one for shallow fry.
  5. Keep these fry fish pieces aside add salt or chat masala you can eat it like fish pakoras also.
  6. Take a kadai put some oil into it.let it heat up.Add bay leaves and chopped onions into it and stir it until it becomes light brown.
  7. Add ginger, garlic paste and stir it in a low flame.
  8. Add tomatoes pury and all spices into it..Add grinded rai into it.stir it until it leaves oil.
  9. Add water according to your need make a thick pury.
  10. At the end add fish pieces into it.let it boil it for 5 minutes. Garnish it with Chopped coriander.
  11. It is ready to serve.
