  3. Strain oil used from frying meat.Heat the oil.Add ground ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add fried pieces of meat and cook.Remove meat and add rice.
  5. Add the stock and cook until rice is almost soft but still in grains.
  6. Add sliced onions,sweet pepper,carrot and steam until onions and the rest are cooked.
  7. N.B:This method of cooking pilaf rice is suitable when cooking small quantities.
