- Take oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds and peanuts.
- Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add onions and tomatoes and saute. Add sugar and mix well.
- Soak rice puffs/ murmura in water for 2-3 mins and squeeze out. Add this rice puffs to kadhai and mix well.
- Add salt. Add coarse roasted chana dal powder and cook with lid for 5 mins.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
