  1. Per boiled the couscous.i used this,in an oil drop water with tea spoon of salt
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water when it's half done that is a bit hard.
  3. Stir fry first with ginger tumeric and garlic paste then the onions,tomato paste last vegetables.
  4. Add perboiled pearl couscous meat broth then meat or fish and allow to simmer in low to medium heat
  5. Will be done when soft, delicious and aromatic.

Pearl Couscous are slightly chewy, a little bit nutty, have a satisfying bite, and taste absolutely nothing like traditional couscous.
