Steps to make Raw tuna and Sweet soysauce Maki-sushi:
  1. ★Make Sushi rice★  Mix cooked rice and sushi vinegar while the rice is still hot in a bowl and slice through the rice using a rice paddle (wet spoon instead) to separate the grains.
  2. Spread the rice to get cool. Cover wet cloth softly not to get dry.
  3. ★ make rolled omlette★ Beat eggs and a little sugar, salt in a bowl.
  4. Heat vegitable oil in a frying pan on law heat then pour quater of egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface, cook until half done. Roll up the egg and remove it to one end.
  5. Pour in another quater of egg mixture and flow under the rolled egg also.
  6. Repeat this until all the egg mixture is gone.
  7. Wrap the rolled omlette and form into rectangle.
  8. Cut into 4 bars.
  9. ★make raw tuna maki-sushi★ Cut and prepare ingresients/ cut avocado/ bar of rolled eggs/sliced raw tuna.
  10. Cover a bamboo sushi mat with plastic wrap.Place nori sheet on the mat, shiny side down. Spread a half of the sushi rice on the nori sheet using wet fingers.Leave 1cm blank space from the top is better.
  11. Place the rolled eggs, avocado and sliced raw tuna across in a line.
  12. Roll the bamboo mat forward, holding the line of ingredients firmly with your fingers all the ingredients are predded in and finish rolling it.
  13. Gently pressed the mat around the roll to shape it.
  14. It's done.
  15. ★make sweet saysauce maki-sushi★ Mix 15ml soysauce, 15ml sugar in a bowl.
  16. Heat vegitable oil in a frying pan on low heat and stir fry beef until no longer pink then add sweet soysauce. Lemove it to the dish to get cool.
  17. Prepare ingredients a leaf of lettuce, cookes sweet soysauce beef,rolled omlette.
  18. Cover a bamboo sushi mat with plastic wrap.Place nori sheet on the mat, shiny side down. Spread a half of the sushi rice on the nori sheet using wet fingers. Leave 1cm blank space from the top is better.
  19. Place the rolled eggs, avocado and cooked sweet soysauce beef across in a line.
  20. Roll the bamboo mat forward, holding the line of ingredients firmly with your fingers all the ingredients are predded in and finish rolling it.
  21. Gently pressed the mat around the roll to shape it.
  22. It's done!
  23. On sethubun we eat whole maki-sushi without any saying but usually we cut and eat them.
