In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, mozzarella, and Cheddar. Season the mixture with oregano, and pour over the sausage and crescent rolls. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and cream of celery. Add the rice to the sausage and soup.

  6. Put in the oven for 30 minutes or until the squash is tender, with a caramelised outer and serve with a side of your choice
