- Heat 1 and half cup of milk and let it simmer for a while than add 1/2 cup sugar and mix it well until sugar dissolves,
- Take a small bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix it with 1/4 cup water and add this slurry into milk and stir continuously until it starts thickening
- Now add mango puree and vanilla extract and mix well for couple of minutes than turn the flame on low and add 1/2 cup fresh cream ane mix it well and let it cook for another 5 mins than trun off the flame and let it cool completely,
- Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds or glass place the ice cream stick in the centre and freez it for 8 hours or overnight and your delicious creamy mango kulfi is ready.
These days people also make a quick version of kulfi in which you don't cook at all. Kulfi is an Indian version of Icecream that is getting popular all over the world. Denser and creamier, it is mostly made in the shape of a cone. Add Mangoes in the season to make it a delicious variety, Mango Kulfi. Kulfi was popularly sold by the local street vendors called kulfi walas in large earthen pots.
