  1. Wash &cook the rice with 2 cups of water.
  2. Now add 1 cup of milk,salt & sugar,Cook on low flame till all the milk is absorbed.
  3. Cut the cucumber& carrot in thin slices & peeled the inner layer.
  4. Take a noori sheet with wet fingers spread 1/2 cup of rice on it,when it is still warm.
  5. Place 1/4 cup of veggies in the centre.
  6. Start rolling sushi.
  7. Make a roll & press tightly.Do same process with leftover rice.
  8. Take a serving plate, slowly open the roll.
  9. Cut it to 6 pieces.
  10. Garnish with pistachios & serve hot with tomato ketchup.
