The ingredients needed to make Kesar Mango Kulfi:
  1. Prepare 2 litre milk
  2. Make ready 3 dussehri mangoes
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup/ 150 gram sugar
  4. Make ready as needed Pistachios
  5. Prepare 1pinch Saffron

Strawbery: This is the Original Kulfi garnished with fresh picked farm-picked strawberries. Traditionally, Kulfi is flavored with cardamom and saffron and has crunch from nuts like almonds and pistachios but these days people have started to make variations of this delicious dessert. Fruit Kulfi - You can add Fruit Puree such as Mango, Strawberry, Chikoo, Orange, Pineapple, Banana, Apple etc to make delicious Fruit Kulfis. Kids simply loved eating this saffron mango matka kulfis.

Steps to make Kesar Mango Kulfi:
  1. Firstly heat a heavy bottom pan and thick the milk. Make it approx 1/4 in quantity. When it goes cool, blend it in mixer.
  2. Now peel mangoes and roughly chopped. Finely chopped the half mango for mango chunks.
  3. Add sugar and chopped mangoes and make a fine paste. Now mixed it in blended thick milk.
  4. Add finely chopped Pistachios, mango chunks and saffron. Mix well.
  5. Transfer in a freezer safe container and garnish with saffron, mango chunks and Pistachios. Cover it with aluminum foil and close the lide. Keep it in freezer for atleast 8 hours.
  6. After 8 hours, kulfi is ready.
