Pan kulfi is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. Pan kulfi is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

The ingredients needed to make Pan kulfi:
- Get 1 lit milk
- Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Take 1 tsp fennal seeds powder
- Make ready As per your taste Sugar
- Prepare 1 tsp cornflour
- Prepare 4 pan
- Make ready 2 tsp gulkand
- Take Pinch green colour
Pour the mixture into kulfi or popsicle molds. freeze the molds until the mixture is set into kulfi. For best results I would suggest leaving them in the freezer overnight. Steps to make Pan kulfi:
- First take a wok heat milk a comes to boil..then cook till 1/3 milk add cardamom powder,fennel seeds powder, sugar mix well….
- Then add cornflour mix with some water…add this.
- Then take a mixer jar add pan and gulkand mix well then strain it
- Then add this mixture in milk and add colour…..gas off.
- Then cool it..and pour the mixture in moulds..freeze for 8 hours
This paan kulfi recipe is one more tasty and refreshing dessert you can make with paan leaves. Paan Matka Kulfi Recipe is a delicious Indian frozen delight of reduced milk flavoured with saffron cardamom and pre dominant flavours of the meetha paan.
