  24. Get 1 pearl onion (shallot)
  25. Take 1 green chilli
  26. Prepare 5 curry leaves
  27. Prepare 1 pinch turmeric powder
  28. Make ready To taste Salt
  29. Take As needed Oil
Instructions to make Indi Sushi:
  1. Cook rice in a pot with all the ingredients under “for rice” with 1 1/2 cups of water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and lightly roast the paneer cubes.
  3. Heat ghee in a wok, add ginger garlic paste and sauté it. And add onions, cook it until golden brown.
  4. Now add turmeric powder,coriander powder and garam masala and mix well. Fry it until the raw smell is gone.
  5. Further add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Now add red chilli powder and salt.mix well and cook covered until the tomatoes become mushy.
  6. Add in the grated coconut,combine well and add the cooked basmati rice.
  7. Combine well and adjust salt.
  8. Egg wrap : In a mixie jar add pearl onion (shallot/ small onion), green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt. Grind it. Crack eggs into the jar and pulse for a couple of times.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and make one large omelet using the egg mixture.
  10. Cut the eggs as shown in the picture.
  11. Roll the omelet strips a shown, put a paneer chunk in the middle and fill the omelet roll with rice.
  12. Serve with ketchup, fruits and veggies.
