Instructions to make Easy Kulfi:
  1. Boil Milk and let it cool. Add milk made to it.
  2. Take slices of bread and take milk and crush it in mixer once.
  3. Add the bread mixture in milk. Add chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder.
  4. Fill it in moulds and freeze it. Once done. Serve it in dessert glass or cup and decorate with tutti fruti and rose syrup. Ready to eat

Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and whipped topping in a blender and blend in pieces of bread until smooth. Patience is the key to make an authentic homemade kulfi recipe. There is no shortcut method to achieve the original flavor of kulfi. You can make instant versions of kulfi with condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream. The instant kulfi does taste good but the traditional method of making malai kulfi is the best kulfi ever.
