- Make a chapaati of carrot aata and place it on a silver foil.
- Now arrange second layer of sushi rice and then beans layer and lastly little cabbage in between.
- Now roll foil and make roll of shushi.Close tightly from corner and steam for 25-30 minutes in a steamer.
- When done cut into pieces and serve hot with sauce.
