  2. Get 1/4 cup sugar
  3. Take 4 tbsp milk powder
  4. Take 1/4 cup rose petals
  5. Get 2 tbsp condensed milk

In a bowl beat the cream to a creamy consistency with a electric beater or whisher. (no need of peak consistency) To this add the condensed milk,milk,rose syrup,essence and cardamom powder. Fill it in a kulfi or popsicle mould,cover it with the lid. Rose Kulfi Kulfi is something we all love and relish! Sometimes the creaminess of Kulfis is a bit replete for me.

Steps to make Rose kulfi:
  1. In a pan add milk allow to heat when boil medium flame stir continuously until half
  2. Now add condensed milk, sugar, milk powder stir 5 minutes
  3. Let it cool when properly cooled add rose petals and grind in mixture jar make smooth paste
  4. Pour mixture into kulfi mould freeze 6 to 8 hours or overnight now demould it garnish with rose petals and enjoy chilled

Hence other than enjoying a Kulfi once in a blue moon from some North Indian restaurant I never tried to make it at home.
