Instructions to make Veg sushi burger:
  1. Add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, amchur powder to all the grated salads.
  2. Cook rice in a saucepan and low t it cool for some time.
  3. Take 1/4 tsp butter. Heat it add 1/2 tsp white +black Sesame Seeds, Sugar, Vinegar, 2 Tbsp water, salt as per taste to it. Heat till sugar dissolves. Add this seasoning to the cooked rice and mix well and let it cool completely.
  4. Sprinkle salt, red chili powder, 1/4 tsp oil and marinate paneer slices for 10-15 minutes. Grill the paneer slices for 1 minutes
  5. Add butter to a saucepan. Add chopped tomatoes, coriander, Garam masala, Dhanajeera, salt, 1 tsp Sugar. Cook till the tomatoes become soft and extra water is evaporated.
  6. Take rice in a bowl and press properly and give shape on buns. This is for the top and bottom layer of sushi burger.
  7. Place rice bun in a serving plate. Apply green chutney (use wasabi paste if you have). Top it with hung curd and tomato chutney.
  8. Further top it with grilled paneer slice. Apply green chutney and place some pickled salad over it. Add a thin layer of hung curd and tomato chutney.
  9. Place the burger top and garnish it with black and white Sesame Seeds
