  2. After 2 hours beat with electric beater add fresh cream beat again in last add kulfi essence and freeze again for 2 hours
  3. After 2 hours beat again the batter then transfer to small matkiz garnish with badaam pista freeze for 8 hours or more and serve chilled.๐Ÿ’–

Malai kulfi is one of the family favorites. though I have posted some quick versions of kulfi, have not yet shared the traditional method of preparing kulfi.
