The ingredients needed to make Strawberry kulfi:
- Take 1 liter milk
- Get 22 pieces fresh strawberries
- Prepare 1 cup sugar or as per your taste
- Get half cup Dry fruits
Continuously stir the milk at intervals, so that they do not burn and stick to the bottom of the pan. To make Strawberry Kulfi, wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them till the water dries. Put milk in the pan and thicken the milk till it remains half. This ice cream needs five ingredients only.
Steps to make Strawberry kulfi:
- Take some fresh and yummy strawberries and wash it well and keep it aside.
- Take 1 liter of milk and boil it, then low the flame and keep boiling it and stir it well until it's half of that milk.
- Clean strawberries, keep half of strawberries aside and chop the remaining half into small pieces.
- Add sugar in the milk as per your taste and as per the sweetness of strawberries..and stir it well…off the flame and let it cool down..do not add strawberries in hot milk..
- Take some almond and pistachios or you can take some cashews too..chop it roughly..
- Take those remaining strawberries and grind it well and make a smooth puree of it..
- When your milk comes down to normal temperature..add strawberry puree, chopped strawberries and dry fruits and mix it well.
- And your kulfi is ready..keep it in a good container for 7 to 8 hours in refrigerator
- Tadaa!¡ STRAWBERRY KULFI IS READY TO EAT AND ENJOY!!!
Super easy and quick to make. Pour the mix into the kulfi mould and freeze it. Rinse strawberries well, remove the leaf and the center. I saw this technique of using a straw to remove the center part so tried it. Once milk is boiled, add condensed milk.
