  2. Get 2 tbsp Milk powder
  3. Take 100 gm Mawa -Khoya
  4. Take 3/4 Cup Crushed Sugar
  5. Take 15-20 Fresh Mint Leaves
  6. Get 2 tbsp Mint leaves Juice

  2. Heat milk in a pan and add crushed mawa and diluted milk powder. Mix well.
  3. Keep the gas in low flame and cook for 15 minutes while stirring continuously. Add sugar to it.
  4. Put off the gas now and let it be cool down. - Add the above mixture in a blender with mint leaves and blend it well.
  5. Pour it in Kulfi moulds.Add Mint Leaves Juice in between for nice colour.Refrigerate for 5 to 7 hours.
  6. Yummy and chilled Mint Kulfis are ready to serve. Serve by garnishing with fresh mint leaves.

Just try to choose a spot where you will not. Mint plants need rich and well-drained soil to thrive. Fill the lower third of the pot with compost and potting soil. Set your mint cutting or seedling in the pot. Curl the roots if they are too long for the pot.
