- First of all Grate the paneer or you can mash it with hands also.
- Switch on the gas and add 1 small tsp oil and heat it.
- Add 1/2 tsp grated ginger.
- Add 2 finely chopped green chilli and mix well in the oil.
- Now add less than 1/2 cup grated carrot.
- Add all the grated paneer in the pan.
- Mix all thoroughly and then add less than 1/2 tsp salt.
- Now add 1/4 tsp white pepper.
- Add 1 tsp finely chopped capsicum.
- Now add 1 tsp finely chopped green coriander.
- Mix all the ingredients nicely for 1 min and then switch off the gas.
- Now lets start making the batter till the filling is getting cooled. Take 2 tsp all purpose flour.
- Add less than 1/4 tsp salt in all purpose flour.
- Now make a batter of running consistency by adding water gradually.
- Now take a small portion of filling in your hand and start making balls of it.
- Likewise, make the balls by make them round.
- Now dip the balls in the batter.
- Now lay the dipped balls in the breadcrumb.
- Switch on the gas and add the oil in the pan for frying. When the oil gets heated start adding the balls for frying.
- Fry the balls until they become golden brown and then take out them from the pan on the tissue paper so that the extra oil get absorbed on the tissue paper.
- Take sticks/Ice Cream sticks and wrap them with aluminium foil. You can use them as it is also but wrapping with foil give a good look.
- Now insert the wrapped sticks into the balls. - So, Veg Paneer Lollypop is ready. Serve them with red sauce or any green chutney you like.
